Equip Empower Elevate: Unlocking the Potential of Every Educator
Our Main Vision
Why I started Taylor Learning & Leadership
"I started Taylor Learning & Leadership because I truly believe that when educators get the right support, the whole school thrives. After seeing how a bit of thoughtful guidance and real-world training can transform a classroom, I wanted to create a space that helps teachers and leaders grow with confidence. Our mission is all about helping you succeed so your students can do the same."
With over 15 years in education, Simone Taylor founded Taylor Learning & Leadership to ensure that every school has the tools to thrive. Her vision is rooted in providing educators with the thoughtful, real-world training they deserve, moving beyond theory to practical growth. She is dedicated to helping teachers and administrators lead with heart and develop the confidence necessary to inspire their students. By offering warm, professional support, Simone empowers every educator to reach their full potential and create lasting impact.
